We are a small team from Halle (Saale) with one mission: building digital tools for events and weddings that truly work.
How it all began
We, Steffi and Julian, already rent out self-built photo booths in Berlin/Brandenburg, Halle (Saale) and Leipzig. We know events – the setup stress, the bright eyes of guests and the question of where all the photos ended up.
When planning our own wedding, we realized: everything beyond the photo booth – event page, RSVP, photo gallery, live photo wall – costs a fortune. Subscription models, B2B pricing, complicated tools. That just didn't make sense to us.
At the same time, we received more and more requests from all over Germany – from couples and event organizers who wanted to use our expertise, but for whom a photo booth delivery wasn't feasible. So we sat down and built Event Photowall: a digital platform that combines everything – photo gallery, live photo wall, event page with RSVP. One-time payment, no subscription, no hardware hassle.
And the best part: Our classic photo booth can optionally be connected to the Event Photowall – combining the best of both worlds.

Our platform is built on a modern web architecture with real-time connections via WebSockets. This means uploaded photos appear on the screen within seconds – without reloading the page. The entire infrastructure runs on German servers at Hetzner in Frankfurt and Nuremberg, guaranteeing maximum data security and fast loading times across Europe.
As a small, agile team, we can respond quickly to customer requests and implement new features promptly. Every feature is inspired by real event experiences – whether it's moderation for corporate events, branding options for agencies, or seamless integration of classic photo booths. We don't develop in isolation, but in close collaboration with our users.
Data protection is not an obligation for us, but a conviction. All data is transmitted encrypted, events can be protected with PIN codes and automatic deletion ensures that images are not stored longer than necessary. Upon request, we provide a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with GDPR – especially important for business customers.
