Transparency: The optional AI moderation applies exclusively to user uploads (guests). Processing may occur in the USA (Google Cloud); there is no permanent storage at Google. Photographer uploads are not automatically moderated.

Common Questions from Agencies

Can I offer Event Photowall completely under my brand?
Branding & subdomains are available today. Own domain/white-label (without EP branding) is in preparation; Agency & Enterprise customers receive priority access.
How does billing work?
You have three options: 1) Flat rate (monthly, unlimited events), 2) Pay-per-event (you get agency discount, pass costs on to clients), 3) Reseller license (you buy in bulk, sell to clients at your price). Central invoice for all events.
Can we run multiple events in parallel?
Yes, depending on package: Agency Flat Rate allows 10 parallel events, Enterprise unlimited. Each event has its own settings, branding and access rights.
Do we need our own servers?
No, everything is hosted by us (Hetzner Germany). You don't need your own infrastructure. On request: custom hosting on your servers (Enterprise On-Premise, individual pricing).
How does remote support work?
You remain the main contact for your clients. If there are technical problems, contact us via partner hotline. We help in the background via screen sharing, phone or email – always in coordination with you.
Can we connect our own systems (CRM, marketing tools)?
Yes, via API and webhooks (Q2 2026). You can automatically send event data, uploads, statistics to your systems. Zapier integration coming Q3 2026 for even more automations.
Is there a partner program with referral commission?
Yes, we offer a partner program: you refer clients to us, we pay commission (10–20% depending on volume). Alternatively: reseller model where you sell directly and keep the entire margin.
What's included in the onboarding?
Technical onboarding call (60 min), setup of first event template together, access to partner portal with documentation, direct contact to partner manager.
